Going on a trip!

The video pretty much says it all.. just finished my last semester of undergrad, and it's the perfect time to go on a long trip! In 2.5 months, I'll be visiting Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, and ending off in Korea.

Feel free to leave travel tips and suggestions in the comments. I'll do my best to keep my travel blog updated with pictures and tidbits. In fact, I've already started it with pre-trip stuffs, so check it out ^_^

Happy Year of the Metal Rabbit!!

Hey all!

For those of you who celebrate the Lunar New Year, Happy New Year! 2011 ushers in the year of the metal rabbit. Now there are all sorts of predictions for the year and whatnot, but regardless of what these predictions say, I'm going to make this year my year!

I've been really busy these days with school (it's my last undergrad semester), so I haven't been able to post any new videos lately. BUT Reading Week (a.k.a. spring break) is coming up in a couple of weeks, so I'm hoping to make a new video then ^_^

겨울이왔다!! / Winter is here!!

겨울이왔어.. 불행하게도. 겨울이 완전히 최소 좋아하는 계절이야. 난 겨울 스포츠 좋아하면, 아마도 겨울 괜찮아.. 하지만 그것은 너무 추워 그리고 더러워. 어디에 살아 가볍게 눈이 오고 있다면, 그리고 온도가 높은보다 4C 있다면, 겨울은 예쁘고 쾌적할 수 있어.. 그렇지만 너무 따뜻하면, 비자금이 많이있을 거야.. 그래서 그것은 여전히 불쾌한 날씨이야. 근데 겨울 온도가 -10C 또는 추워 있다면, 그리고 -20C의 풍속 냉각 온도 있다면, 그리고 대량의 눈이 있다면, 겨울은 너무 싫어.

눈이 많이있다면 난 밖에 나가 필요 없어.. 멀리에서 눈이 감탄하실 수 있어.. 난 겨울 좋아해.. 아니면 터보건으로 미끄러져 내려가.. 나 오랫동안 터보건해 사라하지 않았어. 너무 재미있었어. 언젠가는 스노 보드와 스키를 해보고 싶어. 전 단지 크로스 컨트리 스키를 시도했어.. 하지만 재밌되지 않았어 어렵기 때문에. 정말요? 내 인생의 대부분을 내가 캐나다에 살았어 근데 내리막 스키를 한 번도 안 해봤어.. 정말 웃기지.. 올해 안에.. 어쩌면..

또한 겨울 독감의 계절이다. 지난 달 두번 이미 독감을 잡았지.. 하지만 난 그 별로 얘기하지 않아.

여튼 난 희망이 모두의 휴가 시즌이 너무 너무 쾌적할거야! 따뜻하게 입고 건강을 유지해 ^_^

☆ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ☆

Winter is here.. how sad. Winter is definitely my least favourite of all seasons. Maybe it'd be alright if I were into winter sports, but even so.. it's so nasty and cold outside. If you live in a place where it snows lightly, and doesn't get colder than -4C then sure.. winter might be pretty and nice.. although if it's that warm during winter, you're likely to get a lottt of slush, which is still pretty unpleasant.. But if winter means -10C or colder, and windchill temperatures of -20C, and it snows in load fulls.. it's horrible.

The only thing I enjoy about winter is if it snows a lot and I don't have to go outside.. and you can admire it from far away =] or if you're going tobogganing.. but I haven't done that in years. It's awesome though. One day I want to try snowboarding and skiing.. I've only been cross-country skiing, which is way too much work to be fun. Can you believe it though? I've lived in Canada for almost my entire life, and I've never gone downhill skiing? Disgraceful XD.. who knows, maybe this year it will happen..

Winter also means flu season, which I've managed to catch twice in the past month =.= but I won't get into the details of that lol

Anyway, I hope that everyone has a pleasant holiday season! Dress warmly and stay healthy ^_^

할로윈 / Halloween

내 눈이 뒤뜰과 할로윈 의상 =D / My snowy back yard and my Halloween costume =D

어제 할로윈있었다! 올해 더 명절 기분 느꼈어 그런 내 남동생과 친한 친구와 함께, 나 현관 장식하기로 결정. 불행하게도 전날 밤에 눈이 왔는데 그것은 아주 추워서, 하지만 우리 여전히 할로윈 계획 실시.

몇 년 전에 나 프롭 체했다 그래서 나 자신을 위장하고 현관에 토,  내가 아이를 깜짝 놀래주고 원했기 때문에. 올해도 같은 일을하고 싶었어, 근데 대신 나 남동생과 함께 옷을 입고 우리 현관에서 사탕을 주었다. 우리 지루하게 했을 때 현관에서 위아래로 밥 그래서 꽤 시간 웃겼어!

나중에 밤에 할로윈의 정신에 나와 두 친구 무서운 영화 봤어. 영화가 정말 역겹다으로 밝혀졌다 (Hostel 있었어 - 이러한 고문 형 영화 중 하나.. 초자연적인 공포 영화 선호지만 아 글쎄) 그렇게 약 1/3 영화로 우리 어떻게 알아 영화의 요약을 읽고.. 종류의 덜 무서워하게. 줄거리와 장면들 코미디와 유치한 처럼 느껴졌어요. 내년에 더 좋은 영화 골라 보자! 하하

전체로, 할로윈 재미있었어. 남동생과 친구들과 좋은 웃음을 많이했다.. 그리고 단지 재미가 장난과 좋은 시간을 보내고 있었어요.

☆ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ☆

 

Yesterday was Halloween! This year, I felt a bit more festive, so I decided to decorate the porch of my house, with the help of my brother and my best friend. Unfortunately, it actually snowed the night before so it was quite cold, but we still carried out our Halloween plans anyway.

A few years ago, I dressed up and sat on my porch, pretending to be a prop, so that I could scare or surprise kids who came to get candy. I wanted to do the same thing this year, but instead, my brother and I dressed up and handed out candy on our porch. It was pretty funny at times because we would just bob up and down on the porch when we were bored.

Later at night, two of my friends and I watched a scary movie in the spirit of Halloween. The movie turned out to be pretty gross though (it was Hostel - one of those torture-type movies.. I prefer supernatural scary movies but oh well), so about 1/3 into the movie, we read the summary of the movie to find out what would happen.. kind of takes the edge off. During the remaining portion of the movie, the plot and scenes felt a bit silly and almost comedic. Next year, let's pick a better movie, okay? haha

All in all, it was a fun Halloween. I had a lot of good laughs with my brother and friends.. and it was just fun chilling and having a good time.
